    Argument for strong Prior
    Plying his trade from the half back line at West Perth, Jaxon Prior was rewarded as the Lions fourth round selection. He amassed 34 disposals in round 3 against Claremont in WAFL Colts, culminating in a senior debut in the latter half of the year. He was consistent during the championship carnival, averaging 16 touches.
    Prior is likely to bide his time at NEAFL as he continues to add size to his slender frame. With the acquisition of Grant Birchall, opportunities may be difficult to come by as the rebounding defender, despite some hype among salary cap fantasy coaches. Maybe twelve months too soon.
