Duncan donut: Round 5 teams, 2010

Round 5 teams (final)

Mitchell Duncan is the first in what will no doubt be a long line of younger players dropped due to that scourge of fantasy coaches, “general soreness”.

I’ve lost Boyd and the Hitch, but happy to see Waite back and Mitchell picked, altho not sure if he will play….anyone on the bubble of $ explosion come round end…

Black as the lead story does no justice to your intelligence Monty, as i dont think anyone on this site has him in thier team.
The headline should of read “Duncan dunked” or even “Who is to fill in the Boyd void”.

Yep. The Black headline was terrible. About as relevant as “Presty has a resty”.

I share the disappointment expressed above, though korza tbh yours aren’t much chop.
    My suggestions:
    “Game off Moles”
    “Duncan’t” or “Duncan Donut”
    “Gram (of) blow”

Monty, do you mean ‘Reid’ in for Collingwood rather than ‘Rounds’?

Hopefully Duncan just misses 1. Less annoyed at the delay in cashing up than in having to put Gumby on the field again. But with Shuey out, it is starting to put pressure on the cow pipeline…

Clark back, moment of truth! If he bombs again and Cox performs, there will be a hard call to make.

Think I’ll stick with Nason over Silvagni as the sub for Bock, although it remains a tough call. Silvagni has scored surprisingly well (as has Nason).

Finally, Cunnington and probably Palmer are debuting at the perfect times. Suspect 1 or both will come into a lot of teams in round 7.

‘Duncan Donut’ is a classic headline. Well done.

Give @Superfist the superman logo for the Geelong match!

Brown potential a late out, and Mitchell Out and Gram out… geee some DTers are going to be copping a lot of pain. Especially if they have Duncan and Gumby on the bench or something like that…

Duncan being managed – Selwood was the same in 2007. He’s definitely in the long term plans.

    Losing Mitchell is big though!
