    Thanks Monty.
Is anyone considering Connors as a downgrade option for Howlett ? Not as much money but perhaps more job security.
Im thinking Ball to Ablett this week and Ballantyne to Chapman next week to complete my team. Leaves only 6 trades and some dodgey cover on bench but time to roll the dice I think.

How exactly are backs going down like ninepins? As far as I can see it just looks like Davis and Maguire….and Hargrave from a week ago. If you don’t have cover you’re just bad.

With rumours swirling of his making a significant announcement on the footy show tonight, the article’s title should be changed to simply “Hille Out”.

Gysberts on an extended bench, everyone confident he’ll play?

Monty, I will have to say that it’s a damn shame your weekly blog posts have come down to an injury report and the weekly teams .

Your site used to be a must read…now there isn’t much point being here.

It happens every year, papadapa. My team goes poorly and I don’t feel like I have much to say. 🙁

Monty, I’m not sure if you mean a loss of interest when your team doesn’t perform or do you doubt the merit of your own opinion?

If the former, not cool, and if the latter I don’t think that should prevent you from offering something a bit different from the usual teams/injury features. There are too many negative aspects of this site right now and adding some variety would really help overlook these problems.

Barlow: there’s your answer with Webberly dropped.

smajda: I have fixed that, you should see updated Guru in the next ten minutes (it takes a while to recalculate after new team lists).

turbo23: do a Shift-Reload and it should be fixed.

MrVandelay: It is the latter. What negative aspects are you talking about?

I don’t blame you for cutting back, monty. What you do offer (live scores and blog, guru projections, individual player stats, etc.) is still unique as far as I can tell, unlike the plethora of opinions, suggestions and unsubstantiated rumours that abound on the internet if you care to look. What you do do you do well so no need to spread yourself thin.

Yep, agreed Monty. Stick to the statistical analysis. Some of the other rubbish you post is embarrassing.
