Gold Coast getting plenty of repeat inside 50s early but not finding targets. (Q1 6:50)
A series of stoppage at half forward at Gold Coast, eventually Swallow feeds Rowell who bursts away towards the hotspot and curls through the first goal! Tasty. (Q1 7:19)
West kicks the opener for West Coast from a set shot from 45m in front following a stoppage where he got caught high by Davies. (Q1 9:35)
Macpherson sharks a handball on the wing then passes to King 35m out in front, King runs in right and shoots left. (Q1 11:40)
Barrass wins a wrestle with Lukosius to spoil 20m out but the ball falls at his feet, he loses his own after the contest but Humphrey pounces for the goal. (Q1 13:05)
Sheed sets up the next centre clearance, Darling fights on at ground level on the flank 30m out and gets a high contact free on Atkins which he misses. (Q1 14:35)
Kelly tries a snap off a step from 40m near the boundary, Ellis gets back on the line to try to touch it… review shows he was a split second too late, it’s a goal. (Q1 17:59)
Rowell taps the footy out of the hands of Ginbey at a stoppage on the HFF, Anderson roves and runs to 45m but shanks a point. (Q1 24:03)
Allen provides link work on the HBF to enable WC to rebound around outer wing, Gaff goes to Waterman who marks over Ballard 45m out on the flank and misses. (Q1 24:56)
Powell plays dead under a Jones tackle in the pocket, ump wasn’t buying it and gives HTB against him 25m out. Jones’ set shot is narrow. (Q1 26:51)
After Ellis forces a turnover, the Suns move the ball from outer wing through heavy traffic with untidy but effective hard work, eventually Chol snaps the goal from 20m. (Q1 28:36)

King mows down Hough on the wing to force a turnover then receives back for the long inside 50 kick to Lukosius 15m out in the pocket… who misses. (Q2 17:56)
Chol marks easily 20m out on a slight angle after Fiorini spins out of a stoppage at half forward, he converts. It is one-way traffic. (Q2 20:41)
King marks a Rowell pass just outside 50m on a slight angle, the ump sets the mark on the paint of 50, he runs in past the man on the mark and kicks the goal! (Q2 24:47)
The Eagles get a rare centre bounce win, Duggan hits Waterman leading to 45m on a slight angle in front of Andrew, who misses badly. (Q2 25:42)
Lukosius juggles a long King kick to a pack 40m out on the flank, ball just fell into his hands after contesting with Witherden. He converts. (Q2 28:27)
Rosas roves an Anderson kick near the hotspot but curls it too far right. (Q2 29:40)
A loose ball comes off Kelly’s foot in the Suns pocket near the behind post, OOTF free goes to Swallow who screws in the goal. Everything coming up trumpets! (Q2 31:02)
Duggan sends a lovely long pass from the centre to the HFF for Allen who passes to the pocket for Clark 30m out, his set shot is a peach. (Q3 3:03)
Petruccelle has been moved to mids for Q3 and his one wood is pace away from congestion, he uses this to perfection for a running goal from 45m on a slight angle. Clark the assist. (Q3 4:54)
Kelly roves in the pocket and has his clever snap touched through by Ballard. (Q3 9:36)
Davies snaps wide off the right across the body after roving at the hotspot, needed some talk to tell him he needn’t rush it. (Q3 18:03)
Repeat inside 50 for the Suns after a quick turnover, Atkins passes to the lead of Day 40m out on a slight angle who hits the post. (Q3 18:30)
Rowell sharks Sheed after the first bounce of Q4, Day marks easily at the top of the square to kick off Q4 junk time with a goal. (Q4 0:25)
Rosas beats Hunt to a crumb from a Chol contest on the HFF, he bounces to the pocket 25m out and misses. (Q4 2:35)
Allen leaps over Collins to mark a Waterman kick near true CHF. His set shot is a banger. (Q4 4:25)
Luke Edwards roves Allen’s contest at half forward and gives back to Allen who shoots from 45m on a slight angle… Ballard intercepts on the line to prevent the goal. (Q4 6:40)
Day drops a rather easy mark at half forward but kicks to the square, Chol brings the ball to ground for Tsitas to duck a tackle for his first goal in senior footy! (Q4 8:45)
No less than Barrass whom Tsitas shrugged for that goal, junky though it was. (Q4 9:10)
Swallow volleys home a King roller to the square. Suns freaks and fantasy coaches the only ones still interested in this game. (Q4 14:27)
King roves his own contest 20m out for his fourth goal. (Q4 16:09)
King roves a Ballard spoil on the wing and the Suns are away to the races, Tsitas is again on the end of it 20m out for another champagne footy goal. (Q4 19:11)
Fiorini hits the lead of King 30m out in the pocket, who raps the post. (Q4 21:26)
Chol roves on the flank and gives inside to Humphrey who misses off the left from the hotspot. (Q4 28:27)
Clark is pinged for a high tackle on Davies 45m out on the flank. Davies sits the kick up to the square, it’s eventually rushed by Foley. (Q4 28:46)
Oea roves in the pocket 15m out, turns and misses off the right. (Q4 30:04)
King marks at the hotspot and shoots for number five in the last minute… shanked right. (Q4 32:06)
