| NEWS: Lower has had a tough road in AFL football with the highs and lows evident. In 2011 he was the hottest Cash Cow in town, playing for Fremantle in a breakout season through the midfield. In 2012, he just couldn't break into the side and establish himself and was delisted at season end by Fremantle. He has been training with the Western Bulldogs in hope that they will pick him up, in the upcoming Pre-Season Draft in December. | ||||

| NEWS: Lower is recovering from off-season shoulder surgery, but made a big step in his road to recovery on the weekend, playing his first game in the WAFL. He collected 27 possessions and had 7 clearances playing through the midfield. Lower recently said "It's been a frustrating pre-season in a way, not being able to play and having a few injuries along the way, but it was good to get out there and get that body contact again," Lower said this week. I had the shoulder done just before the last game last year, and there were some minor issues here and there through the pre-season." | ||||
