Scarlett does his job - Sat 16/7, 5:00PM
NEWS: Matthew Scarlett spent most of the second half against the Lions in round 13 watching the ball sail over his head as the Cats got a thumping. He managed 10 possessions, six marks and four tackles for himself, and kept Daniel Bradshaw goalless. Scarlett is a rare commodity: a full back who has fantasy scoring potential. Those who had the Geelong defence will be thanking him for boosting its score.

Sore Scarlett aggravates knee - Sat 28/5, 7:05PM
NEWS: Matthew Scarlett had his knee iced after the game in round 8 against the Blues after spending some time on the bench during the game. He had 13 touches and six marks. Scarlett was sorely missed when he went off, as Brendan Fevola went mad at full forward. He managed to have a decent fantasy game nevertheless, making it three good ones in a row.
