NEWS: Matthew Lloyd had by far his best goalkicking night for the season in the round 15 win over Collingwood, kicking eight majors from nine shots among 13 disposals and six marks, and soundly beating Simon Prestigiacomo in the process.		Lloyd's previous best haul this season was five, so this is one out of the box in what otherwise has been a disappointing season hapmered by injury, form and lack of decent delivery from a poor midfield. He is worth putting in your team now if you have him on your bench.

NEWS: Matthew Lloyd was well held by Darren Gaspar for most of the day in round 15 against Richmond, but broke free to boot four straight in a ten minute period either side of half time. He also had seven tackles.		Lloyd continues to be in good goalkicking form, even though the Bomber side is tailing way in performance as the year goes on. He's worth keeping in your fantasy team.

NEWS: Matthew Lloyd had only his third four-goal haul of the season in round 13 against St Kilda, marking the ball eight times with a total of 12 disposals.		His Essendon team-mates did the right thing and won Lloyd's milestone 200th game. As for Lloyd himself, he is not the dominant player he once was but he still deserves a spot in fantasy teams.

NEWS: Matthew Lloyd fractured his right ulna in a preseason match against Geelong. Following surgery to insert a plate to stabilise the arm he will be out until at least round 3, according to injuryupdate.com.au.		This should not stop fantasy coaches drafting Lloyd in the first round, but it will mean they will have to get some cover for him in the first part of the season.

NEWS: Matthew Lloyd will miss the Bombers' opening Wizard Cup game with a bruised calf, according to afl.com.au.		No indication that it will hinder Lloyd's regular season, so it looks safe to draft him in the first round.
