He was a high Draft pick several years ago and Carlton is very keen on him. 2012 may certainly be the year that he comes onto the scene. He will need to be at his best to hold a spot in a potential top 4 side. Last year was a disappointing season for Lucas after his debut 2010 season with 8 games, he only managed 2 games last year with a medial ligament injury and performance issues plaguing him. There is no doubt Lucas is a talent and we think he has the skill set to hold down a half back line role this year. He has ambitions of a midfield role.
