NEWS: Concerns over his pace should not worry you. Tyson is born to play AFL. He has silky smooth skills, excellent vision, and endurance to go all day. He will be playing in Greater Western Sydney's debut and will be prominent all season, barring injury. He has been working extremely hard to show that his pace will not be an issue, running a solid 20m sprint in last year's draft combine to put some fears to rest. Showing similarities to Scott Pendlebury, he floats around the ground picking up possessions at will with his silky skills. At TAC Cup level last year he played in 6 games, averaging 25 possessions, 5 marks, 5 tackles, and 1 goal amassing him 103 Dream Team points a game. In the NAB Under 18 AFL Championships he averaged 23 possessions, 5 marks, 4 tackles, and 1.2 goals leaving him with 92 Dream Team points a game over the 5 game carnival. Cash Cow Potential: Expensive, and has not been spectacular in pre-season. Set to play all season and we expect around the 50-60 mark. | This is a 2012 outlook article. | |||
