| NEWS: Zaharakis has been disappointed with his form to begin the season, suggesting he was prepared for more attention in 2012 after winning the Best & Fairest last year, but felt he should be handling it better than he currently is. He has been getting coached by James Hird on how to deal with the hard tag. Zaharakis told essendonfc.com.au "My form's been a bit quiet. It's just about me coping with more attention that I'm getting out on the field. I've got to work with the coaches and deal with that and hopefully I can pick it up a bit more.
