Cold Wood named in Round 3ESN - Fri 13/4, 9:14AM
NEWS: Wood will support Jolly in the Ruck in 2012, and is the only real option with Collingwood's big man stocks quite underdeveloped. Nathan Buckley recently spoke about Wood saying "I don't think Woody had given himself the best chance to be a professional footballer. He hadn't behaved like a professional footballer and he's really had a look at his life, at his opportunity as a footballer, and he's come on leaps and bounds."

Hot Wood aims to cement spot in Best 22ESN - Fri 2/3, 8:02AM
NEWS: With the retirement of Leigh Brown, there is no reason to think he won't either. It's his for the taking, after a strong pre-season with no injury niggles. Last year Wood had trouble staying in the side, with a shoulder injury in Round 6 and not having a spot in the Best 22, although playing career best football.
