Didak keeps up goal production - Fri 15/7, 5:00PM
NEWS: Alan Didak kicked another two goals in round 14 against Port Adelaide from his 13 touches, although uncharacteristically for the sharpshooter he also missed with three shots at goal. Didak has been pleasingly consistent since round 9, making him a solid if not spectacular option on your fantasy forward line.

Suspended Didak appeal unsuccessfulbiccie - Fri 15/7, 5:00PM
NEWS: Alan Didak was given one week from his report against Port Adelaide in round 14. Collingwood appealed the decision, it was unsuccessful and Didak will now be suspended for two weeks.  Didak has been in good form lately, but needs to settle down a bit and learn to play the ball and not the man - and also to accept decisions made by the umpires during a game.

Hot Sore Sore Midfield shift for Didak - Sun 30/1, 5:57PM
NEWS: Alan Didak has claimed that coach Mick Malthouse will move him into the Magpies' midfield in 2005. "If I can play good consistent footy in the middle, Mick and the coaching staff will leave me in there," he told the Herald-Sun. Didak was also reported to have soreness in his quadricep muscle. Given that Collingwood already has two Brownlow medallists in the midfield plus the highly-rated Paul Licuria, we're a little skeptical of this news signifying a huge shift. However, if it means he is on the end of more scoring attacks, Didak's fantasy stocks will certainly rise.
