In a typically low-scoring scrap in Launceston, the most important result was that Adelaide made it to a clear second on the AFL ladder with a third quarter burst and a lot of hard work. The game itself wasn't any great shakes, with the young Hawks losing three players to injury over the course of the afternoon.
