Moore gets the ball after a 3 on 1 contest favours the Hawks. He gets a quick dribble kick away under pressure, but it takes a big bounce in the square for a point (Q3 26:09)
Melksham takes a strong mark 50m out on the 3QT siren, he sucks in the big ones before going back with a drop punt that falls just short (Q3 30:07)
Worpel smashes the ball forward and no one can mark cleanly, the ball ends up in Moore’s hands who darts forward and spears through a goal! (3 Qtr Time)
Breust squares the ball up but Lever smashes it over for a behind (Q4 6:35)
Oliver to Brayshaw to Gawn who runs to 45m out and takes a shot, but keeps it left (Q4 6:49)
Van Rooyen flies high to take a massive contested grab 30m out from goal. He’s an accurate kick and he kicks true for the Demons! (Q4 8:32)
Melksham is caught high by Hardwick 45m out from goal on a slight angle, he drops the kick short and the Hawks work it over for a rushed behind (Q4 10:52)
Schache finds himself with a set shot chance from 35m out, but he keeps the ball to the right side of the post (Q4 13:09)
A forward stoppage sees Oliver continue to sneak free of the tag as he gathers and muscles his way through the contest and jag a big goal! (Q4 14:37)
The Dees are asserting themselves in the last quarter, this time it’s Petracca who has also been quiet who bags a goal after a defensive stuff up! (Q4 16:51)
Breust takes a diving mark in the final few seconds, but skews it well wide and well short (3 Qtr Time)
