Terrible kick in from Port goes straight down Stringer’s throat on the boundary around 35 out. He lines up but manages to hit the same post Grant did earlier. (Q1 5:28)
Bulldogs are showing some good forward pressure as they continue to lock it in their forward half, but they can’t manage a goal as Dahlhaus misses for a third behind. (Q1 6:10)
Hamish Hartlett almost manages to get himself the first goal in his 100th while running inside 50 with no one around him but sprays it for a behind. (Q1 10:55)
Bulldogs get caught ball watching after a bad kick in that falls for Wingard after a bad bounce, leaving him free forward of the contest to stroll to 45 and kick a goal. (Q1 11:40)
Port get themselves a second goal in a row after a bad defensive punch from the Dogs allows Pittard to spear it to Schul who marks 40 out and completes the goal. (Q1 13:56)
Bailey Dale gets himself the first for the Bulldogs after a long kick in to a 2 v 2 contest where Grant takes all the attention, allowing him to sneak behind and clean up. (Q1 16:27)
Grant manages to steal himself an intercept mark about 25 out from goal but he also somehow manages to spill the kick out on the full. (Q1 17:57)
Very poor communication from Wood and Roberts on their defensive 50 as they stand there and watch as the ball slowly dribbles behind them allowing White to kick a goal from 25. (Q1 21:25)
Sam Gray grabs a mark in front of Webb at half forward and quickly chips over to the free White who marks 35 out. From almost right in front he slots it through for a second goal. (Q1 23:27)
Good body strength from Crameri allows him to simply outmuscle Clurey after a high kick in from Macrae. He marks 20 out with a little angle and goals truly. (Q1 26:12)

Hrovat has the ball in the centre of the ground and goes with a great kick to the leading Stevens who marks ahead of Boak 30 out. With little angle, he goes back and goals. (Q1 32:08)
Wingard hits the post to start the second quarter after some missed handpasses allow him to steal the ball from 30 out and take the quick snap. (Q2 1:32)
Wonderful play from Murphy in defense as he shrugs a Monfries tackle to kick over to the free Dickson who hands over to Hrovat 25 out from goal who just runs in and kicks well. (Q2 8:29)
Very poor form from the Dogs’ defense as they somehow allow Westhoff enough space 15 metres out from goal to sing the Australian anthem before marking an Amon kick and goaling. (Q2 11:07)
Macrae goes long to Stringer in a one v one against Lobbe and manages to sweep up his own crumbing ball in the pocket to swing around with the left foot snap and goal. (Q2 15:29)
Broadbent gets free in the square and goes long to a contest where Wingard roves and hands over to Sam Gray who slams it on his boot from almost on the line to get a goal. (Q2 23:14)
Throw in deep inside the 50 for Port gets kicked out by Boyd only as far as Impey who’s immediately tackled, spilling it to Wallis who gives it up to Gray for a snap goal 35 out. (Q2 26:43)
Monfries spots Sam Gray completely free on the wing who goes for a run before kicking to the free Westhoff near the boundary 25 out. The angle proves too much and he misses. (Q2 30:29)
What a buzzer beater from Port as Hartlett hands over to Stewart 50 out for a kick as the siren sounds and it’s through! Port lead by 16 at half time. (Half Time)
Wallis gets to the fall of the ball after a throw in on the flank and hands over to Dale in a better angle for a long shot from 50 but it misses to the left. (Q3 4:34)
Very opportunistic goal for the dogs after a very unlucky slip from Pittard allows Dickson to stroll over, steal the ball and kick a goal from 20. (Q3 6:27)
port immediately get one back, however, as they clear it to the pocket where Westhoff hands it to Stewart who kicks central to Monfries who marks 15 out for an easy goal. (Q3 7:56)
Ebert finds Wingard on the wing completely free and he runs to half forward before nabbing a one-two handpass combo with Stewart and having the shot but he misses to the right. (Q3 13:32)
Bulldogs get a very important goal back against the Power as Grant chips a little kick over to Stringer 15 out in the pocket. He marks and goals with a minor angle. (Q3 17:17)
Wood slips over trying to evade and gets a high tackle for his efforts, his kick goes long and is roves by Macrae but he kicks it out on the full! (Q3 26:54)
Westhoff goes to switch in defense but spills it and just as the Dogs look to have a clear shot at the goals the siren goes for 3QT. Exciting game here tonight! (3 Qtr Time)
Carlisle reads a kick out of defense and marks on the 50 arc near the boundary, before spearing a kick to Schulz 25 out. From directly in front Schulz makes no mistake kicking well (Q4 8:26)
Great pick up from Wingard deep inside 50 for Port in congestion and he hands it sideways to the running Ebert who goals from 20 on the run. (Q4 15:54)
Good slow play from Port, chipping it along the boundary to work it up the ground until Gray chips to Wingard 35 out for a shot. With a hard angle, Wingard kicks truly and goals. (Q4 21:13)
The Gray and Wingard combination go at it again as Gray marks after a Port clearance and chips over to Wingard in the same spot 35 out. He goals to put it without doubt. (Q4 23:14)
For the third time the duo of Wingard and Gray combine, this time Wingard hitting up Gray 35 out on a slight angle. Gray kicks it to bring the margin to 40. (Q4 25:13)
Throw in deep inside 50 for Port ends with a big centred ball to the dangerzone where Boak roves and kicks the goal to extend the lead even further. (Q4 30:43)
Roughead kicks a very lucky bouncing leg break goal after roving a throw in inside 50 but the celebrations are minimal this late into the game. (Q4 30:52)
