Anthony Caminiti has become a swingman: a tall player who can be used forward or back, perhaps even in the ruck at times, depending on the needs of his coach. He is still young enough that we don't really know what position on the ground he is best suited. The general rule of thumb is that if you can play forward then you should, as that is harder half to make your mark in, and good key forwards are rarer than intercepting defenders. Caminiti has switched to a traditional centre half forward role across the past few weeks, and if he puts in a good enough audition he should stay there.
