Jamarra Ugle-Hagan is just happy to be playing top-level footy at the moment, after losing his way at the Western Bulldogs and nearly being lost to the sport. He had a few good years playing CHF at the Dogs before the rise of Sam Darcy, but at his new home on the Gold Coast his role is more as a roaming third forward, filling the slot vacated by the departed Jack Lukosius. The presence of Jed Walter seems to be key to unlocking his best game, as Walter can halve contests with the biggest of key defenders leaving him to use his pace on the lead. Still potential there to unlock.
