Bulldogs get the first centre clearance and through some good pressure around stoppages keep in their half long enough for Ayce Cordy to steal a mark from Jacobs and run in to goal (Q1 2:39)
Adelaide get their first shot on goal after Dangerfield barges through a contest deep in their pocket and gets rode into the ground by Wood for the free and the goal. (Q1 6:11)
Adelaide get the clearance out of the middle but the dogs run it straight out of defense to surprise the Crows’ players and Crameri takes advantage by kicking over them but misses. (Q1 7:27)
The dogs seem to have a knack for stealing other peoples’ marks as Macrae kicks on top of Sloane only for Picken to steal the mark from behind 35 out and goals with no angle. (Q1 9:12)
Stringer drops a chest mark at half forward and the crows take full advantage, rebounding through Smith to Dangerfield who marks 35 out on a slight angle. He misses the shot. (Q1 11:31)
Boundary throw in on the 50 for the Bulldogs gets tapped boundary side of the contest where four players stack on top of the ball until it flicks out to Dahlhaus for a snap goal. (Q1 18:30)
Bulldogs get themselves another goal as Clay Smith grabs an errant handpass from Jong inside 50 and barges into Smith for a high tackle and goal from 45 out right in front. (Q1 21:30)
Jong weaves in and out of players on the wing to give to Stevens at CHF who goes quick to Stringer who pushes out Kelly for an easy mark and a run in goal. (Q1 23:14)
Bulldongs bring the ball to the goalsquare via a high kick to Cordy, but he taps it down to the running Stevens for a quick snap affected by a tackle that dribbles for a point. (Q1 26:30)
Bulldogs continue their assault on the Crows defense, not letting them bring it out of their defensive half at all after a behind from Hrovat, eventuating in a goal via Stringer. (Q1 28:29)
Very lucky for the Crows as a very dangerous kick out of their defense gets rebounded straight back to them through Crameri who runs for a shot from 50 but hits the post. (Qtr Time)
Perfect play from Murphy and Wood as Murphy goes with a very long switch into the middle from defense to the running Wood who goes long to Stringer who marks 30 out and goals. (Q2 2:14)
Crows get a free out of the middle for Thompson who goes to Danger in the 50 but Grant gives away a 50 metre penalty to bring it to 30 out and he still misses. (Q2 4:50)
Dogs go out wide from the kick in and the Crows rove the contests better than them. Betts dances in and around seemingly every Dogs player to give to Smith for another point. (Q2 5:40)
The Crows are looking to come back hard this quarter as Thompson gets a free for a throw from Hrovat 45 out on a 45 angle and goes his full distance to complete the goal. (Q2 8:55)
Throw in inside the Dogs’ 50 gets handed back and handed back between dogs players until it reaches Webb on the arc who snaps towards Boyd who marks 15 out for an easy goal. (Q2 13:15)
Grant sends a hospital handball to Hrovat who immediately gets crunched for holding the ball and a quick advantage play lets Walker lose Talia to mark 35 out and goal. (Q2 15:36)
Bulldogs go deep through a long kick from Dixon to the square where Macrae reads the pack with ease to goal from 10 out. (Q2 19:03)
Sheer persistence from the Dogs in their forward line after Dahlhaus muddles a handpass lets the dogs keep it in their 50 long enough for Bontempelli to sneak away with a goal. (Q2 21:14)
Good team play from the Bont and Roughead out on the wing let them work around the Crows players surrounding them and free Bont for a running kick to Grant 15 out. He misses badly. (Q2 28:19)
Crows kick out but immediately have to deal with Dahlhaus kicking another behind. They get it right the second time and go quick end to end where Betts marks alone 15 out and goals (Q2 30:22)
Wright gets himself a mark very close to the boundary line ahead of Boyd and hands it off to Smith on a sharper angle for a long goal from 55 metres out. (Q2 31:44)
Jenkins roves a missed handpass by Roughead but only kicks a behind. Dogs take full advantage of the positioning of the Crows and go end to end leading to a Stringer snap and goal. (Q3 4:15)
The Bont gets the ball straight out of the middle and tries for a long bomb but misses. The Dogs get the ball back from the kick in and Stringer dances around Hartigan for a goal. (Q3 5:45)
Robert Murphy goes with a full speed bolt out of defense to rove a contest in the middle of the ground and kick to Stringer who marks 35 out in front but misses the kick. (Q3 7:47)
The Dogs are having a brilliant day out here especially out of defense as the defenders all work together to bring it to Wood who goes to a contest where Crameri roves and goals. (Q3 10:43)
Dogs get another easy goal as their speed is destroying the Crows, letting them weave their kicks through their players towards Boyd who marks and gets a 50 to get him his second. (Q3 12:01)
Terrific kick from the second gamer Webb to drill a pass from CHF right into Stringer’s hands out in front of Talia 30 out right in front, but he doesn’t reward the effort, missing (Q3 15:46)
Dahlhaus gets a big break out of the middle of the ground to run ahead of the pack after a releasing handpass, letting him kick to Stringer alone in the 50 who runs in for his 6th. (Q3 19:17)
Picken uses some sort of magic as he gets tackled to the ground by Smith at CHF but somehow flips over to hand to Dahlhaus who chips to Jong 30 out in front for a goal. (Q3 26:16)
McKay gets the ball hanging outside of a pack on the 50 arc and goes high to Boyd and danger where Danger out works him easily to mark in the pocket and run into the goal. (Q4 30:48)
McKay again gets involved in the Crows getting on the scoreboard as he kicks wide to Sloane at half forward who goes deep to Betts in the pocket. He snaps truly. (Q4 30:48)
Bulldogs get another goal through Lin Jong as he sneaks in front of Sloane to take an overhead mark 30 out on a slight angle and make it with an easy kick. (Q4 30:48)
Dogs get punished for messing around in their defense with a bunch of shocking disposals in close, letting Eddie Betts easily sneak himself into the fray to snap a goal. (Q4 30:48)
Some good running on tired legs from Lin Jong as he combines with half of the Bulldogs’ list running out of defense before kicking to Grant 40 out. From a slight angle he goals. (Q4 30:48)
Eddie betts gets himself another easy snapping goal after an Adelaide clearance goes over the pack, letting him rove with ease and snap it through from 30 out. (Q4 30:48)
The game is truly over and the players now just seem to want the siren to go already and give them a rest as a lazy shot from Dickson 40 out misses. (Q4 30:48)
Crows get themselves a consolation prize with a goal after Wright’s shot from the boundary 50 out misses and Jenkins marks it in the pocket for a snapping set shot and goal. (Q4 30:48)
Big chance for Dahlhaus goes missing as the Bulldogs’ run out of the middle lets him have a fairly clear shot from 45 but he swings it left. (Q4 30:48)
