is nominally a key forward, or at least he is tall enough to qualify as one. He has almost always played in the GWS system as a half forward flanker despite having the capability to play a lead-up role and take contested grabs. Like Will Hayward and Ben Long, he provides a difficult matchup with his height and strength, even if his ability to get hands on the footy can desert him for long stretches in a game. Hayward has recently moved up the ground, but Brown is still starting on a half forward flank and causing trouble when he can.
