James Trezise started this season at half back with Sam Banks on a wing, but they have switched in recent weeks. Is this a permanent move, or just a teachable moment from coach Adem Yze? The differences between wing and half back flanker are not that great in the modern game, as players from both positions can have very similar running patterns in some game styles. Wingers have to contest in the and on the ground like defenders, and back flankers have to run between the arcs and beyond to keep up with their opponents. As to where Tresize ends up, it may be moot.
