Brandon Zerk-Thatcher has finally been picked for the senior Port Adelaide side again after more than a month languishing in the SANFL. For some reason Josh Carr had decided to play only two genuine key defenders, relying on undersized Power players like Lachie Jones or Logan Evans to man up much bigger opponents, but long-term injury to Esava Ratguolea has now forced his hand and heralded the return of BZT. It's not as if the ex-Bomber's form in the magoos was bad, the new coach just wanted more run from defence. BZT will now settle into CHB in front of Aliir Aliir.
