Charlie Spargo transferred from Melbourne in the off season looking for more opportunity as the Demons committed to youth. North Melbourne has already had its fair share of down years and high draft picks, so it needs a high half forward of the calibre that they haven't had since the peak years of Bailey Scott. Spargo was always behind Kade Chandler and Tom Sparrow on the depth charts for the Demons, but at North they haven't locked in that lucrative role yet, with their raft of younger draftees more focused on inside work. Spargo has as good a chance as anyone.
