Leonardo Lombard looked like a million dollars in the preseason, having benefited greatly from a preseason seemingly spent exclusively in the weight room but also with skills and match awareness of a much older player. With Malcolm Rosas jnr off to Sydney and Alex Sexton retiring, the small forward position at the Suns has less competition and perhaps it's because Lombard has shown such promise that his job security seems much more solid coming into 2026. He is going to be in a lot of fantasy teams this year, sooner or later.
