Daniel Turner is one of the younger conveyances brought into the side in recent years by Melbourne, playing variously key forward or key back depending on availability of more seasoned campaigners. The Demons are a few years away from their COVID-era flag now, and the players who took them to that premiership are mostly still there... but ageing. List management is one of the major issues at the club now, and its hierarchy needs to decide if it going to commit to players like Turner to lead their attack rather than play supporting roles. His fantasy value remains muted.
