Miles Bergman comes into the Port Adelaide side today in place of Darcy Byrne-Jones, and while the latter has a lot of runs on the board including an All-Australian guernsey it feels a bit like there could be a changing of the guard. Along with Jase Burgoyne who has shown a fair bit in his late-season appearances, there is a lot of competition for spots on the half back line at Port coming from the seconds. DBJ's role is mostly as a garbage collector in defensive 50, but his scything runs from defence are not as numerous as they used to be, and a younger conveyance like Bergman might go past him.
