Cameron Rayner has been showing glimpses this season of what he could turn into. His ceiling is the same as that of Christian Petracca and Dustin Martin, and his career has similarly been fairly quiet on the disposal front in his early years as he grows into his body, even before the recent ACL rupture. It seems to take a good number of years before a player like that hits his straps, and he can seem like a disappointment or even a draft bust, but there is no question that his best is yet to come, and it could be quite special for his fantasy owners.
