One of the finds of the year, the Adelaide Crows have turned this tall midfielder into a ball-winning third tall in defence in just his second year of AFL football.
At $126k in Dream Team, he was a touch more expensive than most rookies but has rewarded the few owners who took the punt on him with consistent scores between 60-90, only dropping below the 60 point mark once in 2009 and averaging over 70 points per game.
The 20-year-old has been playing an impressive 90% of game time for Adelaide and has consolidated his spot in the Crows' best 22.
Otten has been an even better find in Super Coach, with his impressive 88% kicking efficiency significantly improving his SC stocks.
After averaging a lowly 26 in his first two games in 2008, this rising star nominee is averaging near-premium SC numbers in 2009 and is showing no signs of slowing down.

Otten injured during pre season trainingby BigV
NEWS: afl.com.au reported that the promising defender will miss the entire 2010 season after rupturing his ACL during training.
ANALYSIS: Otten had a promising 2009 season, averaging close to 70 in Dream Team and 76 in SuperCoach. It will be a big blow to fantasy signing in 2010 as Otten could have a breakout season if was fully fit.

• Berkoj isnt special he is right. He hasnt got any hitouts this year. Finally showed a bit after a shocking first 5 seasons. By the age of 25 he should be doing at least something. I mean im no professer or anything I just believe that Otten can't play in the ruck position. If your still reading this your just a spud (mitta?) (jks) - tomsdons - 11 months ago
