Hughes sucks. I don't see how you can say that Hughes is better than Rogers. Tbh I'd rather have Finch in the team than Hughes. He's had his chances.

Should give Doolan another crack sometime, Or even bring back Bob Quiney  :o

Hughes is only 25 however, and should be an opener for the next 5-10 years. As soon as Rogers is done, Hughes has to stay.

Update from the 2-day match between the young CAXI vs. India at Gliderol Stadium, Adelaide

India trail by 164 runs with 9 wickets in hand
CAXI 219
Carters 58 (151)
H Nielson 43* (40)

Aaron 17-1-3-72

IND 1-55
Vijay 32* (50)
Pujara 13* (26)
Dhawan 10 (20)

Lalor 7-1-1-21

Nielson seems impressive, he got that 43* batting at No. 10! 6 scores under 10 runs is disappointing, although not entirely unexpected.

Will be interesting to see how Pujara performs down here, I think at one stage his test average was over 60.

Ernesto "Che" Guevara, commonly known as el Che or simply Che, was an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, physician, author, guerrilla leader, diplomat, and military theorist.  No wonder you are a fan Big Nige  ;D

I'm a big fan of Carters, nice to see he made runs. He averaged over 50 opening last season in the shield, only 23 or something so definitely has potential for higher honours. Plays for NSW but is a Vic boy  :P

First test in adelaide brought forward to the 9th which is a tuesday. Makes it hard to get to the game first 4 days are on weekdays.

Yeah for sure I reckon Wednesday would of been a better option. gives a saturday and Sunday option at least if it gets the full 5 days that is..
