BB67th

Manila has picks 31, 47, 63 and 79 in the rookie draft. We are definitely not going to be using all of these. If anyone would like a package of a couple together in return for a pick that is a little higher or a late NAT Pick (don't really care how much higher, just as long as it is) shoot us a pm.

Memphistopheles

Some pick swapping with the Vipers as we'll be drafting plenty so want more picks.

Taiwan gives NAT Pick #21
Vipers give NAT Picks #32 + #37 and Rookie Pick #36.

Colli to confirm.

KoopKicka

expect a big trade coming through soon!

Dont trades need to be even?

nope :)

no is correct the voting was very one sided on that question.

think the trade above is well balanced and serves both teams needs.

clubs/coaches need to look at what they are planning in delistings and drafting and make similar moves i strongly suggest.

some of us will have picks to throw away others will not have enough.....

Its  a complicated beast this one

This trade period:

Kathmandu give: Pick 7 NAT + Pick 39 NAT

Tibet give: Andrew Gaff + Pick 46 NAT

Next trade period:

Kathamndu give:  Jake Neade and Steven May

Tibet give: Jack Hombsch

So the deal overall is

Kathmandu Give: Jake Neade, Steven May, Pick 6 NAT, Pick 39 NAT

Tibet Give: Andrew Gaff, Jack Hombsch, Pick 46 NAT

either tbag or Nige to confirm,

Confirm but, wouldn't a player need to be given this period for trade to be considered fair?

Memphistopheles

Are you even allowed to trade across periods?

Surely not.

That opens up a whole another can of worms #LetsGetBusy

this trade will not work

UNLESS

you have another trade lined up which balances out your players in trade period #2

point 1. you need to fill both your lists back up to FULL during both our drafts.

point 2. trade period #2 is after the drafts so if you trade 2 players for one, one team will have one player too many and the other team will have one player too few.

THE SOLUTION - you must trade even numbers of players ONLY in trade period #2, so you will need to both agree to a trade for trade period #2 of just one player for one player. And trade the extra player in this trade for period #1.

this does not change the trade at all overall, but what it DOES do is change the make up of your lists PRE-DRAFT which in turn effects how many picks you can/need to make.

hope this all makes sense. revise what you both want to do and let me know :)

you can "propose and agree to a trade for trade period #2" if you do you can submit it so I can rule on it and both clubs then know it is a done deal.

if you submit it it cannot be undone, but also will not be approved or any list changes counted or made until trade period #2 is open.

this was done in our last trade periods before this season, mainly to balance trades done in period #1 that would not have passed otherwise. And also to lock away deals for the next trade period.

Any questions let me know.

KoopKicka

its the same deal, as one, but structured so tbag gets his picks before the draft.
