India's number 9 (Jayant Yadav) has a FC batting average of 30.50 and Test batting average of 73.66 (Only batted 4 times and scored a ton in that).

Australia number 6 has a FC batting average of 29.50 and a Test average of 23.18.
Australia's no. 10 averages 24.33 and India's averages 8.75 ::)

But yeah, Mitch Marsh isn't impressive
Yeah but that is 10 against 10. This is our 6 not being a batsman that is any better than the oppositions number 9! :o

Mitch Marsh is good enough to bowl from number 6 in the batting order, and good enough to bat at number 8, but you can't play him in either spot because he can't bowl from 8 or bat from 6 :P (If that makes sense)
??? Have you changed allegiances? :P
This is the only time I support Australia, against India :P (Note: If they put Glenn Maxwell in the team I'll support India)
Maxwell would score more then marsh, but his offies are pies compared to what Marsh can bowl

I'd still name Marsh as a bowler on these pitches over Hazlewood and that guy who can only get wickets in the first over and against bowlers (Starc) tbh

Faulkner too

Im annoyed by this score
great pitch if you are steady and get in (Renshaw)
but we will be lucky to get 300, Renshaw is the key but may run outta partners

After our start we really should've been looking at 350.

This really has a stench of the 1st test against South Africa in Australia, blowing a decent start.

Lets see how Marsh bowls but it is looking like a big mistake playing him over Agar if he can't take wickets then he should not play again this series

JBs-Hawks

Wtf I go out for a couple hours and we flowering collapse again

Well he did say, and I quote "this could be a match winning partnership" from Starc and Hazelwood ::)

Kind of funny watching Hazelwood annoy the Indian bowlers though as he stands there and swings at every ball and gets no where near it every time ;D

Hawka

Not a horrible first day but it could of been so much better

BratPack

Mitch Marsh averages 23 bats 6
Mitch Starc averages 24 bats 8
