Vardy linked with a move to Port Adelaide as Ryder/Lobbe insurance. Could see himself playing tall fwd too with behind Dixon and ahead of Westhoff if a move does happen. Undergoing a medical and then it'll be off to the trade period, shouldn't cost more than our 4th rounder hopefully the bloke has barely played!!

Looks like Lobbe wants out now after being told that Ryder will be the number one guy

Bet his spewing he knocked back the Dogs 5 year offer last year!

I reckon hes screwed. Roughy would probably wipe the floor with him.

Apparently he wants to go to a club where he will be the number 1 ruck

I think GC, Richmond and 2 other clubs where mentioned as possibilities

If he wants to go to a club where he is the number 1 Ruck maybe he should try.

Frankston, North Ballarat, Weribee or Box Hill.

At frankston not only will he be the only ruck but he'll be the only player at the moment

Might be that midfielder the Crows need. His first 12 rounds this season were nothing short of elite.

Didn't he knock them back a few years ago by re-signing with Carlton?

He's 2 years into a 5 year deal. At 600k a season the Crows should be able to easily pick that up.

Can someone explain how Adelaide would have the space to fit Gibbs in after just re-signing both Crouch and Jenkins? Surely only Collingwood would have enough space.. Or are they capped out?
