Episode was massive

Did not see the Bolton move coming

Snow was predictable, but exciting none the less

Curios to see where the Greyjoy story heads
Greyjoy story should have happened about 2 seasons ago and is gonna be flowering tops
Been hearing that for ages! They're setting up Ramsay for a crazy revenge plot surely
I can't believe Ramsay is still alive haha, but surely his plot armour is wearing thin now :P

But yeah, Greyjoy storyline, if done right, is gonna be awesome. Euron is probably my favourite non-pov character from the books (so much better than Oberyn), and there's another character or two that I'm really hoping they introduce in the next few episodes.

Also really keen for Sam to become relevant again. So many theories about what could happen with him, but they changed things a bit in the show, so I dunno what exacty they're gonna do with him.

And finally, I think this is the start of the end for Tommen. Asking for Cersei to make him stronger is just asking for trouble basically haha, he'll probably be dead by the end of the season. The aftermath of this should be wonderful. Cersei is gonna lose her shower, and I would just love for Jaime to be the one that kills her, just like he killed The Mad King. This could then lead to either the Tyrells taking the throne, or, if Cersei has already killed them...JT! ;D
You know Tommen's going to die this season, and I'm pretty sure Cersei gets killed by Jaime and not Tyrion, but would be good reverse psychology if it was Tyrion
Fwiw I don't actually know, show has mostly caught up to the books (except Greyjoy stuff)
Ye just making a semi bold prediction which I'm pretty confident about
Ah ok haha

I think it's been set up from the start for us to think Tyrion would kill Cersei, but because of that makes me think it'll be Jaime. And because Tommen has to die before Cersei, and there's (I assume) only 2 seasons left including this season, I'd imagine Tommen would have to die fairly soon.
Yeah exactly, I assume you know from the books the part of Cersei's prophecy that they didn't do on the show - and that could be what you said about a Mad King situation repeating itself leading to Cersei's death.

Btw there's two seasons after this apparently totalling 13 eps
I can't remember what part of the prophecy they left out of the show, but yeah

Oh, so there will be two shorter seasons then? Interesting...
The little brother thing right? Could be wrong

Assuming that's what they left out of the show, then yes :P

Could be Tyrion as he's a dwarf (little), could be Jaime as he is still the tiniest bit younger than Cersei. Could also be the younger brother of someone else (which I'm not going to go into because it looks like they're not including it into the show and pisses me off because it was really good for Tyrion's storyline imho).

Then there's the other thing of it not necessarily being a male, as the prophecy states "valonqar", which might not be specific to males, even though it loosely translates to "little brother". There's a lot of theories haha.

Ya could be anyone but I think the smart money is on Jamie - They've portrayed him as having a compassionate side and his personality does fluctuate a bit through the seasons, but I think that side will come into play when shower hits the fan with Cersei.

Tbh I'm quite surprised at the lack of GoT talk after yesterdays episode! :P

I am so so pumped, and it's not even because of JT!!!
Only got to see it last night, but how good! Was kinda hoping for a bit more than that from Jon Snow. Like we all knew what was going to happen... they could have made it stronger imo

Eh, I think it was done pretty well. Not too sure what else they could have really done.

On Jon though, my mate just made me aware of something...

Jon gets stabbed 6 times. However, when Melisandre is cleaning his body, he has 7 stab wounds. One of which is fairly high on his chest, kinda crescent shaped, and about where his heart would be. Nobody stabbed him in this area, and no other stab wounds are that shape.

Dunno if there's anything to this, or if it is just a continuity error.

GoLions

Btw, anyone who doesn't want GoT spoilers should stay the flower away now until they've watched the episodes haha, because my hype CANNOT BE CONTAINED. Might even need my own thread haha.

Oh and fwiw, I believe there's only 2 storylines where the show hasn't caught up, and that's the Iron Islands and Sammy the Slayer. The rest have either been caught up by the show, or changed so much that it doesn't even matter anymore *cough*jaime*cough*

jvalles69

I haven't read the books (thinking about starting today) but is Tyrion a motha flowering Targaryen?!?!

I dunno, i just thought it was weak. Even Melisandre could have been stronger imo
But meh its all good, Jon is back

That's interesting. I hope there is something more to the 7th stab wound

There are a lot of theories about this, something about Rhaegar or someone raping Tywin's wife and getting her pregnant with Tyrion. I don't really believe any of it though.

Is Rhaeger, Daenerys' father, the mad king?  If so then I definitely think Tyrion is Targaryen, otherwise the Dragons would've fried him into a pork dumpling!
