thats why with my team i keep the ratings for each week but i also write down what they popped in and the date
so after a couple of pops i don't forget what they have popped in ;)
since i'm not a member
i think it 's a good idea

He last popped in batting on the 10th of Oct, so maybe not a batting pop....has been on batting training since though....guess we will find out tomorrow ;)

i can't tell you exactly what they will pop in or when but what it does is give u a general idea the most you could possibly have is 6993 since each level is 1000
so those that have 4,500 or more are likely to pop within 3 weeks or less
but sometimes you get the odd one that goes even higher before popping like Shaggy's guy on 5,816 but if he had him training on fielding as soon as he pops in that he would be good to change him to something else like bat or bowl or tech and should get another pop again within 3 weeks

so for example with your guy
E.Bracher - 4,833
i would be expecting a pop within the next couple of weeks
could be this week good chance it will be but if he doesn't it's certainly not long before he does
and when he does his spare ratings would go to to somewhere like 3,800
meaning if he pops in bowling he has those sub levels with the rest of those ratings floating around in other skills

well his on 2,230 now meaning he was probably on 3,230 last week
which sometimes they do pop that low just means he had a big chunk of his spare ratings in bowling
3,000 they can pop at but if they like 4,500 or more you really start expecting to see that pop
see of the 6 pops in youth i had today
(well had 8 but 2 were experience which doesn't count spare rating points)

B.Kroger popped in field was on 5,085 now on 4,429
B.Wutawunashe in field was on 4,538 now on 3,882
M.Fitzmaurice popped in bat and tech was on 4,466 now on 2,692
N.Poels popped in bowl was on 4,124 now on 3,295
R.Heffernan popped in keep was on 4,900 now on 4,217

so looking at that if they pop in a secondary it doesn't seem to take as much spare ratings off them as a primary does but not too sure atm am only 4 weeks into this study

but hope this helps in giving you some sort of idea as to when they may pop looking at my guys only 2 were under 4,500 and one was pretty close to that so thats why i say 4,500 or higher and i'd start expecting a pop within a matter of 3 weeks
