WOW Carter still has that much spare ratings? Looks like a fielding pop is due along with a Technique and perhaps a Bowling pop as well. That would make him exceptional/spec with accomplished power, outs endo, reli fielding and cap experience at 26.

my bad didn't notice i wrote the wrong thing
carter's spare rating is actually
2,952

sorry bout that shaggy

8-6 Suited

Ohhh that hurts. lol I was about to put him in the national squad hahaha :P Still think he has a tech pop coming and a fielding pop soon. Should be alright with that.

For those who are interested in academies, and how their investment relates to training performance, I dug up my spare rating post from week one of this season. Of course a lot of my training isn't the same, but there are a couple which I can compare.

Updated after senior training 31/3/11.

Firstly, my senior academy is approximately 2 levels higher than on March 31st.
Gangodawila's fielding training is now training 12 points higher (272 compared to 260). Mooljee has a similar increase. This equates to an approx 4.6 % increase.

So, using these figures (and they obviously aren't 100% accurate) I would estimate the difference in training between a poor academy and a great academy would be somewhere between 15 & 20 %. With 10 years of training for a player with a rating of 50k, this would equal at least one extra level higher of each trainable skill (which is 7k).
