might take Naughton's score if he keeps going  :o

not sure who will bench maybe Murray cause short break
Who are you looping KB. If Murphy may be risky as he did not play in SANFL.

English's ruck work was extremely poor tonight and didn't back it up with much around the ground. Could be in the gun for selection next week.

Not worried about the lack of defensive rookies. Currently playing 4 of them with Naughton and Murphy on the bench, they've been incredibly solid so far this season and if it looks like I will need to trade one of them out I'll look to go up rather than down and grab the cash from downgrades in other lines (e.g Banfield, Fritsch downgrades)

I can't afford to lose English so hopefully just a down week and he'll be right, he's been good the last 3 and the Doggies did win tonight :)

[/quote]English may well be (omitted) or possibly even (rested)/(managed) but on the bright side Bevo mentioned the importance of continuing to get games into the kids in his presser so barring injury it appears English will play the majority of games this year regardless of Round 7 selection.

Bevo also said English was quite good around the ground despite getting smashed in hitouts.

With the massive amount of rookies debuting this week, thought I'd list them for reference here:

Nick Shipley (GWS) (117,300 MID)
James Worpel (HAW) (117,300 MID)
James Spargo (MEL) (117,300 FWD/MID)
Jack Petruccelle (WCE) (117,300 FWD/MID)
Oscar McInerney (BL) (123,900 RUC)
Kobe Mutch (ESS) (123,900 MID)
Ben Ronke (SYD) (123,900 FWD)

If a few of them play well, may have to go early on one or two next week.
With all them maybe it's not so essential in getting Higgins.
My thoughts too. Thinking Mirra is the best buy of the rookies this week. Plenty of mids and forwards coming up making Guelfi and Higgins not essential. Duman and possibly Cole the only other defender options next week, making Mirra the smarter pick I'd say.
have mirra (lw) and guefli this week.   holding off on more rookies.   thinking upgrade murray to lids via siciliy.   good to have some mid options coming thru for banfield, holman downgrades

Mirra vs Higgins.

What is Mirra JS like? I know Higgins is poor with all the small forwards Richmond have, but he is the better scorer

if it makes you feel better i got Kelly on the bench cause i thought i could loophole him but didn't factor in Garlett playing last night
