The host of Australian Survivor has been announced.

It's Jonathan LaPaglia.

He's apparently a big Survivor fan, oddly resembles Probst a lot and has been acting on several shows here and there for ages. He's also a doctor.  :o

I'll reserve judgement until I actually see him in an episode.

Anyone watched Mad Dogs yet?  Started binge watching it 2 nights ago and it's pretty great!  It's a US remake of a UK show from a few years back.  Great cast too, some pretty funny bits in it even though it's pretty serious, get onto it!

I heard about what happens but I'm really keen to watch the ep but it's the same time as The Footy Show.

I'll probably end up watching The Footy Show and then Survivor on 9Now.

This season has been great so far though, arguably a top 5 season imo.

Survivor spoilers - Fantastic episode, possibly the best so far in what has been a superb season! Both the reward and immunity challenges were nice and close and entertaining, and of course the tribal was great. Sad to see Deb go home as she was one of the more entertaining players, but I'm just glad it wasn't Jason or Aubry.

Loved Neal's ice cream shirt on the jury too!

Absolutely everything about this episode was amazing. Tribal was hilarious. Scot and Jason are such fun villains, god damn!

Legendary season, even the jury is cool!

This season really got downplayed early as a medivac ruined season but I have found it to be one of my most fun seasons to watch ever. Survivor is really on a hot streak at the moment, last few seasons have just been soooo good.

Have you watched all of the "Banshee Origins" eps on youtube? They do about 7-8 each season. Just watched the S4 ones a few days ago - so awesome that they do this, just to give more insight into the show and characters

Holy shower, this season has actually cracked my top 5!

I really need an Aubry or Cydney win though, Michele wouldn't be satisfying considering how good the season has been, she's just bland and her content bores me. They're the only ones I can see taking it out right now.
