The font for 'WXV' would not have been my preference, but have seen it on Sherrin products before,

eg.

Have made one small adjustment, replacing the 'WXVs' on the tag to the FF Logo, as you would have the owner's name on a baggage name-tag, it just made sense.

Looking forward to seeing more ideas!

since Scharenberg is already LTI can i put him on the rookie list?

Yes on both.

It is a risk though and I suspect a number of us are in the same boat making a decision do we promote or do we d-list those over 2 years. Calculated risks maybe.
