I take DPOY Marc Gasol.

One of the better passing big men and a real defensive anchor. With Gasol on the floor  for Memphis, they scored 4.1 more points and allowed 6.8 fewer points per 100 possessions. Which means they were 10.9 points per 100 possessions better with Gasol on the court.
