I am playing Katich this is just my team from last round, I didn't move the players around when I wrote this.

So yeah, not too sure what to do this week... Current team is:

Finch, White, Dilshan, Pomers (Silk)
Maxwell, Hastings (Malik)
Kieswetter (Hartley)
Rimmington, Sandhu, Hazlewood, Hauritz (Rose)

Finch going on ODI duties plus has the bye this week means I may have to trade him. Alternatively, bench him for Silk and trade out Finchy next week (although trading him down to somebody will give me cash).

The plan is to trade Maxi next week once he goes on ODI duties, just a matter of who to bring in.

My bowlers are kinda stuffed atm, thinking of trading Ritz (because he's absolutely useless) and maybe Rose.

Finch is finished, at least until the finals, so you may as well get rid of him because then you can bring in anyone this week, else you risk a 0 with Bopara who may also not play because of the ODI's. And you will be copping a 0 unless you trade Murali or O'Brien.

So I'd be looking to cover that. I'm not telling you who to cover them with, that's half the battle and I don't want to give away my plans as I'm in the top 10 at this stage, but that's what you need to do.

I would go Murali to Hodge and Finch to whoever fits your plan mate.. 👍

Anyone have thoughts on playing Whiteman over Kieswetter for the DGW.?

Also will I need to have my donut (Murali) on the field to take advantage of loophole or can I still sub him on tomorrow morning if needed.?

Just to let you know that Murali will not be locked till final game. You just need to be careful to ensure you have a bowler for him to sub 2. You could say have a known bowler as sub with Murali on the field and then use the c on him if required. I have done that now twice vc'd a player playing 2 games and then deciding whether to take it after the first game and pit my C on the non playing player.
This week for example I will have the VC on Katich or Mitch Marsh still deciding and if they go 50+ in the first game I will bring Hartley onto the field for Kiewsetter and make him captain. If they do not score well then team stays with Hussey or White as captain.

surely Marsh is a real chance to play in the ODI's though fitting him in the team is proving difficult!!

Will only play 10 this week cos of a bad call on my behalf but should i get birt or laughlin/bollinger .Birt is more risky isnt he ?

please trade out Birt then. :) ;) There aren't many options from Hobart, and they are the best team to pick players from moving forward. :( Birt is solid, I also am looking at getting Dunk in for the DGW along with Laughlin.

Yeah maybe Dilshan might be a go ? Opens the batting and will bowl 1 or 2 overs and might jag one.I more mean if im short batsmen or bowler ?
Is Voges really stupid if he comes in at 3 i know he hasnt got form? he batted in front of marsh last game was just that Simmons opened
