Probably need to clarify this, he is not on GCS list that is for sure. Not the senior or rookie list anyway....

If he is pre-listed somehow and is not in the national or preseason/rookie draft then this pick is fine.

BUT

if he will be in one of those drafts then he cannot be picked yet.
