Lost the toss again today and once again got to bat first  - which is what I would have chosen if I won the toss.

Boomz

My youths are pretty good now but have a lot of 19yo's. Batting first  8) Ferguson passable fatigue  :-\ I would've rested him today if I'd seen that...

CrowsFan

Batting first at home. Let's see what my new recruit can do today. He is a 17 year old prodigy with finisher as a talent. Placed him at 6 in the batting lineup

I have 5 x 19 year olds in my youth squad and all 5 play in my team.  I have been stocking up on 16 year olds throughout the year and have 6 now.  I will also still have 13 members in my youth squad (not counting any youth pulls that I will keep) so I dont have to worry about getting crappy fill in youth squad members at seasons end.

BratPack

I don't have a single 19 year old left. They all were slowly eradicated throughout the year as they weren't ever going to be senior players. 6 18 year olds though, so that'll have to rectified next season,

8-6 Suited

Playing a couple 16yo's myself, so it should be interesting.

   End of over 3 (5 runs) - A Grade Maccas(27-3) RR 9.00
D. Duffy 9 (3b) , T. Bailey 1 (3b) , P. Ten Dam 2-0-14-2

A wicket per over so far, with Pim Ten Dam having a part in all 3 of them with 2 when bowling, and 1 catch from a Spinner du Preez, who is somehow opening the bowling with him. o.O!

My 16yo average keeper has 2 catches so far... :D

2.2   W   Ten Dam to West : West was drawn into a poor shot by an excellent piece of bowling by Ten Dam. A simple catch for Chowdry and West's innings comes to an end.
J. West c A. Chowdry b. P. Ten Dam 1 (3b 0x4 0x6) SR:33.33

1.4   W   du Preez to Kirby : Great delivery from du Preez and Kirby was clueless. Spun, took the edge, then the pad, and straight to Ten Dam under the helmet! Not much Kirby could do really.
H. Kirby c P. Ten Dam b. S. du Preez 14 (8b 2x4 0x6) SR:175.00

0.2   W   Ten Dam to Shelley : There's a noise as that goes through to Chowdry and Ten Dam turns and appeals. Glove? Bat? Shelley's arthritic wrists playing up? Doesn't matter, umpire says it's out.
M. Shelley c A. Chowdry b. P. Ten Dam 0 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

EDIT: Make that 4 wickets now lol

4.1   W   Ten Dam to Duffy : Duffy drives at a wide ball, but only succeeds in giving an easy catch to Fuller at point.
D. Duffy c S. Fuller b. P. Ten Dam 12 (6b 1x4 0x6) SR:200.00

Nice solid start from Chancellor and Hutton. They haven't taken too many risks but the scoreboard keeps ticking over.

End of over 9 (12 runs) - The Brat Pack(59-0) RR 6.56
R. Hutton 27 (30b) , T. Chancellor 28 (27b) , H. Grangel 1-0-12-0

6 17's and 5 18's for me. My 16 year olds aren't in any condition to play

Swift needs to do something today. I think his last 4 innings before today have been 0,0,4,0. That's not batting, that's the flowering international dialling code
