Viney out is handy, especially as Berlin's bench is trash

Hodge was a late out for Berlin as well.

Nice for percentage, but really a waste of a big Captain score.

Think I am right Fantasia a late out.

Sam Gray named on utilities so he should replace Fantasia and Spargo as first named emergency moves to utility.

This looks to be happening quite a bit amongst the finals bound teams. Fools, wasting your good scores when you've already qualified. Here at Christchurch we're saving the Ablett and Parker 150's for the important matches. Resting our guns like Andrews, Sandilands, Waite and McVeigh who'll be back for the real stuff, while the others are having light training sessions. We're definitely premiership favourites.

Kyle Langford has really stepped up this year as we had hoped

Been going 80+ most weeks which for a F4 is great and finally pumped out a 120

We knew we were going to slip back this year with the changes we made in the off season but it was a case of one step back two steps forwards and I think with another good trade period later this year we'll be back in the 8 next year and contending, and have a really well balanced age profile

For the rest if this year, hopefully we can make it difficult for the top dogs we're facing

Starting to feel a little bitter about trading Brayshaw now. Luckily he'll lose DPP next year and go back to being a dime a dozen midfielder, but to see what he's doing this year as a defender after holding him through two years of concussions and when D4 is our only real weakness at the moment is heartbreaking. At least we got Rio back with Hall for Bellchambers + Milera. That's more like it.

Ha, the term "cluster flower" comes to mind this week. RIP

Oh dear, JPK off the ground

Berlin could have all 3 emergencies in play lol

upthemaidens

Paul Ahern, back to back 80s and now 50 at half time.  Looks like we have ourselves a solid midfielder.
Thanks to those who offered nothing for him and especially the coach who said he was a "list clogger".

I'd love to see some of the offers you received for him that you consider "nothing"

Hadn't played a game in years due to injury - I'm sure you would have received fair offers for that but in classic Pacific style you probably expected a 90+ forward or Top 3 pick for him :D
