Witts and Caleb GOAT. Should have gone with Lynch as well haha, and the Papsmear! Boyd was also good but tbh I was expecting a 110 from him :P

Ross almost hit 200, Gaff better outscore 180 from Steven though Torpy ;)

Buddy was good, Sloaney rubbish though :'(

Satisfied thus far. Feel happy I didn't chuck Daniher in which I considered.

Time for a scores update I reckon

Colts Division

North

Def: Taylor Adams (150), James Kelly (130), Josh Smith (57), Jayden Hunt (127)

Mid: Dylan Shiel (C) (206x2=412), Steele Sidebottom (VC) (203), Jack Ziebell, Sam Mitchell

Ruck: Matt Kreuzer (221)

Fwd: Chad Wingard (127), Ryan Burton (114), Jordan De Goey (139), Kane Lambert

Int: Jarrad Lyons (186), Scott Selwood

Score: 1866/11, C played

Did Jake Lloyd slip through the cracks here? Scored 198, which would have been a huge gain over playing Josh Smith.

South

D: Kade Simpson (112), Luke Hodge (DNP), Michael Hibberd (115), Nic Newman (127)
M: Josh Kelly (C) (170x2=340), Nathan Fyfe (128), Patrick Cripps (EVC) (137), Marcus Bontempelli (134)
R: Brodie Grundy (210)
F: Elliot Yeo, Luke Dahlhaus (158), Jack Steele (115), Jarryd Roughead (159)
U: Dayne Zorko (VC) (232), Connor Blakely (122)

E: Lachie Whitfield (M) (202), Christian Petracca (F) (145), Luke McDonald (D), Toby Nankervis (R)

Score: 2089/13, C played

Mids really underpeforming for the South Colts Division here

So the South hold a 223 point lead currently, with Yeo and Luke McDonald to play. North still have Ziebell, Sam Mitchell, Scooter, and Lambert though. Lloyd over Josh Smith would have pretty much won them the game already, but think they should still get over the line regardless.

DEF: Tom McDonald (125), Andrew Mackie, Shannon Hurn, Bernie Vince (89)
MID: Patrick Dangerfield (C), Rory Sloane (VC) (111), Luke Shuey (EVC), Trent Cotchin
RUCK: Witts (171)
FWD: Shaun Higgins, Sir Daniel of Caleb (165), Lance Franklin (138), Jeremy Cameron (77)
UTIL: Seb Ross (196), Andrew Gaff

EMG: Jack Steven (180), Brad Hill (151), Zac Smith, Tom Cutler (148)

Score: 1072/8

Magic letting down the North Reserves side thus far, with both the Knights and the Badgers having quite a number of high scores sitting on the bench or not selected in the squad at all, such as Hooker, TJ Lynch, Papley, and Boyd.

South

D: Michael Hurley (156), Zak Jones (97), Jake Lever (126), Robbie Tarrant
M: Tom Rockliff (C) (165x2=330), Tom Mitchell (VC) (223), Zach Merrett (250), Daniel Hannebery (209)
R: Patrick Ryder (110)
F: Jackson Macrae (190), Isaac Heeney (215), Charlie Dixon (66), Richard Douglas (167)
I/C: Marc Murphy (173), Brad Ebert (177)

Emerg: Matthew Crouch (M), Ben McEvoy (R) (127),  Dane Rampe (D) (93), Tom T Lynch (F) (180)

Score: 2489/14, C played

How did Lynch not get a gig? Gov also very stiff. Bottom-placed Hoods have done very well with their representatives, and the only disappointments across the board were from Dixon and Jones, along with Rocky C in his first game back a questionable decision.

Very hard to see the North division coming back from this after the South mids went huge, with able support around the ground as well. Dangerfield, Shuey, Cotchin, Gaff, and Higgins are going to need to have absolute blinders, and hope that Hurn and Mackie can hold their own as well.

Premier Division

North

D: Jeremy Howe (164), Dylan Roberton (116), Leigh Montagna (121), Bachar Houli
M: Gary Ablett (VC) (257), Clayton Oliver (198), Dustin Martin (C), Adam Treloar (EVC) (165)
R: Todd Goldstein
F: Toby Greene (171), Isaac Smith (151), Jack Billings (169), Eddie Betts (92)
U: Lachie Neale (219), Dayne Beams (262)

E: Dyson Heppell (M) (207), Sam Jacobs (R) (172), Alex Rance (D), Jack Watts (F) (109)

Score: 2085/12

Will North regret not giving the C to Ablett or Beams? And playing Goldy over Jacobs? Time will tell.

South

Def: Laird (195), Docherty (210), Williams (90), Tuohy
Mid: Jelwood (C), Pendles (VC) (170), JPK (205), Gibbs (180)
Ruck: Martin (183)
Fwd: Wallis (143), Stevens (103), Pedobear (129), Jong (103)
Int: Wines (179), Goddard (148)

Emg: Jones (180), Burgoyne (133), Westhoff (244), Mummy (121)

Score: 2038/13

Laird, Docherty, JPK, and Stef all stood up, not many others did though. The Hoff on the bench is a big loss.

Wowowowowow, this could be a bit of an upset! North easily on top at the moment, and should get over the line! As long as Dusty can somewhat match it with Jelwood, I can't see South winning this. Just imagine if North had played Jacobs and had Gaz C though...

So doesn't look like my boys have decided to show up this week.  :-X

Scooter going down with injury made things close! But Smitch and Ziebell did enough to make sure that the North got over the line in a close one.

The North mids tried hard, with Danger, Shuey, Cotchin, and Gaff all putting in very good scores, but it wasn't enough to get them over the line. If Cutler and Hill were played over Vince and Cameron...North would have won by a single point. South mids and forwards were very good, bar Dixon, and were the reason for South getting this comfortable win. Rockliff as captain and no Lynch the only decisions that weren't pretty much bang on.

And the North boys get it done! A huge score of 2762, whilst the South ended up disappointing with only 2437, the 2nd lowest score across all 6 teams posted in any division. Jelwood as captain needed to step up, but it would have taken a mammoth score to get them even close in the end. The North mids were huge, especially Beams and Ablett, and were supported extremely well across the rest of the field.
