Substitute Announcements?

When and where are the substitutes posted first for each game, I know it goes up somewhere but not sure where?

Yeah they list teams but never the subs, I noticed the DT Talk guys in thier recent podcast got the info while on the web during their podcast so it was on some site but I don't think the AFL site ever lists subs just team squads first the squad, then the squa with who the emergencies will be but not who the subs are.

im pretty sure that the afl website releases who the subs are around an hour before the game. i know i saw them listed on the site last year.

Yep the AFL site releases the subs. Before a game there is always a link called Final Teams, which tells you who the sub is and if there have been any late changes ;)
