Hard to say with that tech gap, but you might get 50k+

I'm not the best when it comes to valuing Youth players...

he would only be worth selling if i could get 50K or more

but with 3 skills on dreadful it seems he wouldn't make a lot unless Baz (someone with a lavish academy) would think he was worth anything

Baz has a lavish SA not youth. In my opinion he isn't worth much at all. Dreadful tech plus atrocious experience turns me away straight up. I wouldn't pay more than 10k
