I am now Australia U/19 assistant but I was planning on pulling a player from a number of the minor nations now as well as an odd one from Australia to hopefully in the future have an u/19 nat player from other nations to be interested in them as well

Hp how soon until he pops in bowling and tech? If you can get him to accomplished/accomplished or even acc/rel or rel/acc by WC he will most likely make the side. We are weak in bowling but he is 1 level behind in bowling and tech but well ahead in fielding and experience. Will have a word to Mod-CF about it

Haha, don't worry. Should get Rel/Rel quite easily by WC next season but not too sure about that added pop :-\. I know there is maybe 1 or 2 Wristies in the current lineup who are probably Rel/Rel already, so they seem like better options for next season.

Thats how short we are in this position with poor experience. I think wage being similar and experience clearly higher could get you over the line

Smart popped in Bowling and Tech late August + Early September so will be maybe at the halfway point we see a pop out of him, so Rel/Rel is realistic. Ordinary batting could help :P. Shame he was 17 when I pulled him instead of 16, then could have gotten him to Acc/Acc the season after :(.

What is your youth academy HP? Roughly 10 weeks for a primary pop in superior/lavish academy. So I have been told. If he has been doing some primary training already he might be able to get the two pops provided he pops before week 5
