Shouldn't that be a good thing? He has a head start on primaries and can focus on fielding which he'll train up quickly.

Ord/poor is hardly a head start on primaries. With atrocious fielding it would take a whole season to just get that to average, so no not a good thing

yeah PB, if he was average/ord. Then it would be okay. Ideally the top academies like ord/ord players to train sometimes lower
