I have built a side with an average age around 25-26. 3 of the old guys will be sold at the end of the season and replaced with 25-26yo's. Will keep Lidgerwood unless I can get another FS All rounder who is better than him, but will still keep him anyway for Dry/Crumbling/Slow pitches. Need a younger Fast bowler who will be the most expensive of the lot I am expecting.

Everyone in my team is expert/expert minimum. Not bad for 40k is it? :P
