A little over 25k for each. I work on both at the same time. Some people prefer just to work on one academy and let the other one slide.

If you want to focus on seniors, they only invest in that. Or if they bring up squad members from youths (I want to with a few good ones) they will invest solely into that.

But does take quite a bit of cash to do so :(. I barely breakeven most weeks doing this.

Does it say improving? If so, that's good :). That's what I do.

I'm on the next level so I have to invest 25k and 28k (roughly). I could put less, But more money still counts towards totla level (as said by a mod on their forum).

The guy I was watching was ending in a couple of hours, expert/acc and under 20k. (22 yo)
I am just...DAMN.
If I started with as much as Q I would still get them but nooo.
I still have 6 players I can't possibly ever see staying on my list (senior) ARGHHH

improving+ is great. Can go for ++ but improving is always good. Make sure you don't go too low cash wise though.

Nah Daz that is OK. I have had the chance to look over my current list and training with this. I will be OK. I have learnt a valuable lesson.
Especially my youths, very exciting when I had a close look at them :)
For instance I have a reasonable bowling/average batting 17 year old. And other exciting prospects. It's all good.
I invest mainly in my youth squad, trying to bring up by team from the ground.

i had that last week at first but worked out my finances and thought it be better to rop down a couple of thousand to just one plus improving

OK, so, after going through my youth squad I have made some big decisions. I fired 2 18 year olds who had really bad stats and were wasting space and money.
I have everybody training in what they should be training. A few 16 year olds I will throw into the squad for (skilled) and experience. Lyon captain. About to go pick my default youth team. All is well, very well.

on't plan to bid much just seeing if i can snag a bargain

nice 17 propect there Ax...train him well and he will either be a star for you or in a couple of seasons sell him for hundreds of thousands of dollars

well i figure with the young guys in youths train them up well and with the seniors like i said oldest 2 are 23 besides calver who i bid on to make sure R&B made some money
so goo training academy and an build them up over the next few seasons especially the 7 20yr olds... ;)

Now I have set the lineup, mainly chose it based on skill, those that would benefit from doing it in the game are going to do it.
Yeah figure the 17 year old will be a star. He is a boundary hitter and ordinary captaincy as well.
