Can't believe it was 4:08 when we got the big breakthrough (Vijay on 99).

Hughesy was watching over them!

Sweetness

12 wickets in Krejzas first match...granted it did go for 200 odd  :P

12/358 :P

Still better than anything Nathan Lyon has ever done
How about now? :P

Toga

Warner, Dhawan and Kohli all fined for their spat on Day 4.

Clarke has had an amazing run, but when there is serious risk that he could have back problems for the rest of his life he needs to seriously consider retiring. I would love to see him go on, but if he is going keep breaking down he's hurting the team but more so he is hurting himself.

Not good but that is why, instead of Haddin (no disrespect), Steve Smith or David Warner need to captain in Brisbane to prepare them for what could be the not too distant future.

Mitchell Starc and Hazlewood added to Brisbane squad

I don't see the need for sweeping changes to the side to be made during this series.

Missed the last wicket as had to race off to prepare bbq for carols, but onya Nath!

Surely all the Nathan Lyon knockers now will firmly be put out to pasture! 12 wickets for the match, won the match on the fifth day and finally got the score on the board he richly deserved! 8)

Krezja is still 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 times the bowler Nathan Lyon is

Nathan Lyon is still the worst bowler ever for Australia.

As for Clarke I do hope he comes back from his injury. He's still a knob though

Put it this way.

If I had a choice today who I would pick to bowl for Australia. Nathan Lyon or John Watkins, who famously couldn't even land the ball on the pitch in his only test. I'm taking Watkins 1000 times out of 1000

jobe#4

did Nathan Lyon abuse you when you were a kid BP?

Tominator

what a flowering game.... I was there 4 of the 5 days and it was absolutely emphatic

As good as the 2006-07 Ashes? Close, maybe not quite, but still an incredible match.

At tea I thought we were no chance, but Lyon stamped his arrival as Australia's life after Warnie - no question about that now - in the most emphatic way. Kohli was immense and watching him stand over his bat after he got out was kinda heartbreaking.

I still cannot believe how we pulled a win out of that!!!

Jroo

Strong rumours going around that Smiddy will be announced as captain  :D

Not good news for Clarkey though, as if he was going to be back soon you'd expect Haddin to be given the captaincy.

AFEV

Clarke HAS said that he wants to come back for the Ashes though, which is promising.
